Cancellation/Transfer Policy

  • Cancellation/Transfer Policy for Attendee Registrations: You must contact us no later than July 28, 2017 to cancel your registration for the Lone Star Summit 2017 Conference. For cancellations made on or before July 28, 2017, your  registration fee will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will  be given for cancellations made after July 28, 2017.

    You may transfer your registration to another participant at any time before the conference without penalty.  Please notify Habitat Texas as soon as possible.  If you are unable to transfer your registration, you will receive a refund (less a $50 cancellation fee) until July 28th.  No refunds after July 28th.  Refund requests must be made in writing and will be processed after the conference.We do not grant refunds for no-shows.

    As benefits are immediately recognized for sponsors and exhibitors, no refunds are given for sponsors or exhibitors.
