The Lone Star Summit, Habitat Texas’ conference is a two day conference that features over 30 breakout sessions targeted to Habitat for Humanity affiliates of all sizes. The conference will provide intermediate and advance level training. Participants will have an opportunity to learn and share best practices with many fresh topics presented by a variety of speakers including experts in the nonprofit community as well as Habitat for Humanity affiliate experts.
Who will you meet?
Habitat affiliates are led by a diverse group of people. Some affiliates are all-volunteer while some have staff that guide the thousands of volunteers who build every year. All are invited to meet at the Lone Star Summit – Habitat Texas’ statewide conference.
Meet and mingle with over 300 participants from all around Texas including a cross section of Habitat for Humanity staff, board members, committee members, volunteers and Americorps VISTA workers. Our participants are community leaders who come from all professional disciplines.
