As benefits are immediately recognized for sponsors and exhibitors, no refunds are given for sponsors or exhibitors.
Sunday, August 13: Exhibitor Check-in and Set-up 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Monday, August 14: Exhibitor Hall Opens 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (includes Vendor Reception)
Tuesday, August 15: Exhibitor Hall Tear Down 2:00 p.m.
STORAGE AND HANDLING
All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Shipping may be done via UPS or FedEx with packages sent directly to the hotel. Do not mail any packages to the Habitat for Humanity office. Exhibitors must arrange for their own storage and handling of any material (this may be coordinated through the hotel). Habitat for Humanity is not responsible for any lost or misplaced packages. Exhibitors are also responsible for clearing materials from their exhibit booth at the end of the conference. Any materials left in the exhibitor space at the close of the conference that have not been packaged by the exhibitor will be disposed of or donated to Habitat for Humanity. Habitat for Humanity is not responsible for any packages shipped to, or stored at, the conference site.
FAILURE TO OCCUPY SPACE
Any space not set-up within three hours to the official opening of the conference without prior approval of Habitat Texas may be forfeited by the exhibitor and this space may be resold, repositioned, or used by Habitat for Humanity Texas without refund, unless arrangements for delayed occupancy have been made with prior approval.
